2. Working Principle:

After fixing the sample with the clamp, the operator sets the required drop heights (such as 50mm for the first time, 100mm for the second time, 150mm for the third party, etc.) step by step in the program in the touch screen man-machine interface. After the laser is aligned with the device and the specific impact drop point of the sample is targeted, a certain quality steel ball is placed in the electromagnetic sample suction device. Click the test button on the touch screen. The steel ball falls at a certain height to impact the sample test point. After the sample bounces, the secondary anti-impact ball pick-up device starts to clamp the steel ball. After completing the test to confirm the sample is OK, the electromagnetic sample suction device is automatically raised to the next test height under the drive of the automatic lifting drive motor, and the operator manually picks up The steel ball is put into the “electromagnetic sample suction device” again to perform the impact test at the next height.

After fixing the sample with fixture, the operator sets all kinds of dropping heights (such as the first 50mm, the second 100mm, the third 150mm and so on) in the human-machine interface of the touch screen. After opening the laser alignment device and aiming at the specific impact point of the sample, the operator places a certain quality steel ball on the electromagnetic sample absorption device and clicks on the touch screen. When the steel ball impact sample bounces, the second anti-impact pick-up device starts to clamp the steel ball. After completing the test to confirm the sample OK, the electromagnetic sample suction device automatically rises to the next test height driven by the automatic lifting drive motor.The operator manually picks up the steel ball and puts it into the “electromagnetic sample suction loading” again.
